Our Ultra concrete coating systems, like our entire suite of full-flake solutions, boasts multi-layered thickness…over 35 mils. After we repair any cracks with our concrete patch system and diamond grind (to create the perfect concrete profile), we apply our 100%-solids, moisture-mitigating epoxy primer coat…doubly thick. We then spread your chosen Ultra blend in a full-flake spread over the freshly applied primer (a technique called “broadcasting to rejection”). On Day 2, we reclaim any unadhered flakes before sealing with dual layers of our clear 100%-solids polyaspartic.
